Our Roasted
Tomatillo Salsa with Kentucky Chipotles is a unique product.
We roast both green and purple tomatillos (the latter is
sweeter) with the ubiquitous onions and garlic, then
combine with the Kentucky Chipotles to produce a complex salsa
that doubles as a great cooking sauce. Sheila likes to eat this
straight out of the jar with a spoon!
